Chowdary Yalamanchili - CNC Investments

Chowdary Yalamanchili is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. In the early 1980’s, Mr. Yalamanchili became involved in real estate. In 1982, he founded CNC Investments, a property management company. In that same year, he acquired his first 102-unit multi-family property. Today, CNC Investments successfully manages over 160 multi-family complexes comprised of over 42,000 units, and over 300,000 square feet of multi-level professional office buildings and shopping centre’s, with assets valued in excess of $2.3 billion, located throughout the nine states within the United States, namely Texas, Georgia, Florida, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvania.
